The staff are consistently courteous. the hotel is clean and in an excellent location. - the units are bright and spacious. - the beds are comfy and new. - the meals are fab and fabulous.

I stayed with 2 of my girlfriends for a night to go clubbing and shopping. The hotel was good for the money we paid but it's the location and staff that make it special. Hotel was easy to find, no more than 10 min walk to shops, clubs and beach. Cafe, Indian restaurant and corner shop on same road. The staff were very helpful finding me somewhere to park and giving us the choice of 3 rooms to chose ourselves. They also told us the best places to go clubbing on that particular night and let us have a curry take away from over the road (giving us cutlery etc.) the spa in the hotel around the corner is £2.50 each but is very small. The beds werent particularly comfortable but ok. Overall I'd say the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

Uncomfortable beds, only one light working, wardroble door stuck great upgrading needed through out, Breakfast was not worth the money

The value for money aspect - very reasonably priced B&B. The staff were friendly also. Barman / night porter available 24/7 which was reassuring to come home too.

Needs modernising, which I guess wont happen fast due to their low prices! All in all, clean & comfortable though.

Recently revamped, wonderful cuisine, conveniently located close to the center, comfortable bed, and nicely decorated.

Very welcoming staff, fairly clean and newly decorated hotel. Very very good breakfast with yogurts - well worth the money. Particularly good and magnificent location close to city centre. Nearby The Connaught Brasserie - great place to chill out.

poor decour of room light sockets hanging off walls,only 1 dim light working, no chair to sitdown. This hotel is fine for contractors looking for cheap digs

The location is excellent, being really close to the beach, city center, and surrounding coastal areas. Perfect for a longer stay in Bournemouth. Just a short distance away, there's Snoopy Pizza for quick orders.

Just to say what a good hotel, only downside was the water pressure on shower

This place is conveniently located near a beautiful Victorian pier and the staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and ensures that everything is kept clean.
